The night area opens onto a south-west facing terrace, ideal for enjoying the sun.

- A second double bedroom with shower room and toilet
- A children's bedroom with 2 x 2 bunk beds, bathroom and toilet
- Guest toilet
- A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer
